three ways
CoreTer is a United States minerals company. We ship crushed ore under contract, mill ore into our own concentrates, and process other producers' ore on capacity beyond our own — taking every ton as far as we can before it leaves our hands.

CoreTer acquires precious- and base-metal projects that already carry a production history and standing infrastructure — then takes the ore to market itself. We mine, crush and ship under our own permits, and where a mill is in place we process that ore ourselves before it leaves the state.
Our acquisition filter is narrow on purpose: ground with existing infrastructure, a documented production record, and a haul route already in commercial use. That puts capital into rehabilitation and throughput rather than construction and discovery.

Built and equipped, with a crusher plant certificated by NDEP. Phase 1 is on hold pending the outcome of the BLM public comment period.

Direct-ship ore
Extract, crush to shipping specification, and sell to a contracted buyer. No plant, no commissioning, no metallurgical risk.
Milled concentrate
Processing capacity at Tonopah is intended to recover payable metals into concentrate before sale, rather than selling the rock that carries them.
Toll milling
Mill capacity beyond our own feed processes third-party ore for a fee, turning a cost centre into a regional service business.
One route to market
Ore moves to the Port of Stockton over road and terminal infrastructure already in commercial use.
